How do I amend my booking?

You can amend your booking for free up to 24 hours ahead of your agreed appointment time.

If your plans change and you wish to amend your booking closer to your appointment time, our modification policy is as follows:

Notice period	Refund amount to you
24 hours or more	100%
Up to 4 hours before treatment	50%
Within 4 hours	0%

Reservations paid with a physiotherapy package are not subject to this modification, cancellation and refund policy. The cancellation or modification of an appointment paid with a physiotherapy package less than 24 hours in advance of the booked appointment is not allowed.
