We understand that plans can change quickly, but our appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you, other patients and our physiotherapists. You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours ahead of your agreed appointment time.
In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking closer to your appointment time, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Should you make a mistake in your booking, you have a 10 minute grace period after submitting your booking where you can cancel or amend without any charge.
Please note that any amendments / change of time is subject to the same appointment cancellation policy as above.
Reservations paid with a physiotherapy package are not subject to this modification, cancellation and refund policy. The cancellation or modification of an appointment paid with a physiotherapy package less than 24 hours in advance of the booked appointment is not allowed.
