Reactivating the service post-lockdown

We’ve opened bookings for the 11th May onwards

That means you can now schedule a-home massage treatments ahead of time using

We’ve introduced even more safety measures

To be booked your physiotherapist will:

  • Have completed our new training course dedicated to Covid-19 hygiene practices.
  • Wear a FFP2/KN95 face mask for travel to, from and during your treatment.
  • Wash their hands thoroughly immediately before and after your treatment.
  • Avoid public transport when possible by using private vehicles and sticking local.
  • Undertake other treatment-specific measures including intensive disinfecting of all equipment.

Here’s how you can help keep your practitioner safe:

  • Wear a mask during your treatment

You’ll need to wear your own, or one provided by your practitioner. We know it might feel a little strange the first time you wear one at home, but by doing so, you’re helping keep our whole community safer – both practitioners and fellow clients. If you do not wish to wear a mask, the physiotherapist can choose to end the booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.  We also ask that you wash your hands immediately before treatment, after you let your physiotherapist into your home.

  • Book physiotherapists who live near you

We’ve changed our search function so that physiotherapists who live closest to you will appear at the top of the list. Booking those nearby helps reduce the amount of travel needed to get to you, and in turn helps limit city movement.

  • Don’t book if you or anyone in your household is self-isolating

Please cancel your booking or hold off on booking according to the government’s self-isolation guidelines.
